GSyA Shines at RECSI 2026 and Will Host the 2028 Edition
The Security and Audit Group (GSyA) of the University of Castilla-La Mancha has successfully concluded its participation in the 19th Spanish Meeting on Cryptology and Information Security (RECSI 2026), achieving a highly positive outcome marked by a strong scientific presence through multiple contributions, as well as active involvement in the organisation of the conference, including roles such as session chair.
The event, held at the University of La Laguna (Tenerife) from 17 to 21 March, served as a meeting point for the cybersecurity research community, where the GSyA group presented several works in areas such as personal cybersecurity, e-Government, software supply chain, IoT, and secure development, thereby consolidating its role as a benchmark in applied research.
In addition to its scientific activity, one of the most significant milestones was the official presentation of the next edition of the conference, which will be organised by the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Ciudad Real. This announcement reinforces the positioning of the GSyA group and UCLM as key players in the field of cybersecurity at a national level.
RECSI continues to establish itself as a leading conference in cryptology and information security, fostering scientific collaboration, knowledge exchange, and the promotion of new research lines in an increasingly digitalised environment.
